Target them for a live workshop

You could create a short mini live workshop that you offer for free and invite this list of users to it. This will give you a chance to connect with them more and increase your chances to convert them to a paying customer.

Don't let people sign up for an account but not enroll in a product. You need to hide the sign up button on the login page and also redirect your sign up page so that it is not accessible

Re-sell the same product to them but offer it with lifetime access. Or maybe you have a similar product that you can offer as lifetime access.

Provide instructions for renewing a subscription
