COURSE CREATOR OS LICENSE AGREEMENT IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE This License Agreement ("Agreement") grants you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Course Creator OS ("Software") for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. 2. OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT The Software, including all files, code, templates, and assets provided or downloaded as part of the Course Creator OS package, is the property of Course Creator OS and its licensors. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. 3. RESTRICTIONS ON USE You may NOT: a. Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the Software or any of its original component files to any third party. b. Replicate, duplicate, or copy the Software for the purpose of distribution or resale. c. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. 4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT You retain full ownership rights to any content, files, websites, or course materials that are created *by* the Software based on your inputs ("Output Files"). a. You HAVE the right to use, resell, distribute, and license these Output Files without restriction. b. You are free to commercialize the course materials and websites generated by the system for your own business. 5. TERMINATION This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. 6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & FILE SYSTEM INTERACTIONS The Software is designed to automate tasks that directly modify, create, and delete files on your local file system. By using the Software, you acknowledge and agree that: a. NO LIABILITY FOR DATA LOSS: Course Creator OS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, file corruption, accidental deletion, or modification of files. b. USER RESPONSIBILITY: You are solely responsible for the actions and tasks performed by the Software. You agree to assume full responsibility for backing up your data and files before and during the use of the Software. c. SUPERVISION: You are responsible for exercising judgment and supervision when the Software is running to exclude or prevent it from accessing sensitive data or performing unwanted file operations. 8. GOOGLE ANTIGRAVITY TERMS This Software is designed to operate within the specific environment provided by Google Antigravity. Your use of the underlying Google Antigravity service is governed by its own separate terms, including the Google Antigravity Terms of Service available at https://antigravity.google/terms. This Agreement governs only the specific files, workflows, and intellectual property of the Course Creator OS and does not supersede or replace your agreement with Google.
