1. Sponsor

The PowerUp Lifetime License Giveaway (“Contest”) is sponsored by Superpowerups.com (“Sponsor”), located at 410 Berry Patch Ln, Pittsboro NC 27312. This contest is governed by these official rules.

2. Contest Period

The contest begins on October 27, 2024, at 12:00 AM EDT and ends on October 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM EDT (“Contest Period”). All entries must be received during the Contest Period.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to Thinkific site owners 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The contest is void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter:

    •    Fill out the entry form at https://www.superpowerups.com/pages/sweepstakes with your name and valid email address.

    •    You may choose to opt into the optional offer to purchase a Lifetime PowerUp License at a discounted rate of $299. This purchase is not required for entry and does not improve your chances of winning.

5. Optional Purchase Offer

As part of the contest, entrants have the opportunity to purchase a Lifetime PowerUp License at a discounted price of $299. This purchase is optional and does not affect the entrant’s eligibility to win.

    •    If an entrant who purchases the discounted Lifetime PowerUp License is selected as a contest winner, the entrant will receive a full refund for the $299 purchase.

    •    Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the winners are announced.

6. Winner Selection

Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Winners will be drawn live during our Power Hour livestream on Friday, November 1, 2024, at 11:00 AM EDT. The live stream will take place on https://live.superpowerups.com. Participants do not need to be present during the livestream to win.

7. Prizes

    •    Each winner will receive one (1) Lifetime PowerUp License, valued at $649. This license is valid on up to two Thinkific site instances.

    •    Winners who have purchased the discounted Lifetime PowerUp License at $299 will receive a full refund for their purchase.

8. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

9. Notification of Winners

Winners will be notified via the email address provided on their entry form within 24 hours of the live drawing. Participants do not need to be present to win; if you’re selected as a winner, you’ll be contacted directly! Winners must respond within 72 hours of the notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the 72-hour period, an alternate winner will be selected.

10. General Conditions

    •    By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this contest.

    •    Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

    •    Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues or failures related to the contest entry process, including but not limited to website outages or data loss.

11. Publicity

By entering, entrants agree to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. Privacy

All personal information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.superpowerups.com/pages/privacy.

13. Limitation of Liability

By participating in this contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their employees from any and all liability or damages arising from participation in the contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

14. Governing Law

This contest is governed by the laws of the United States and the state laws of North Carolina, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.

15. Void Where Prohibited

This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
